By using this site you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions please exit this site now.
Failure to adhere to them may result in your account and/or IP address being banned from this website. These terms and conditions are ammended regularly so it is up to you to keep up to date with them.
Accounts:
- You may not attempt to harm, scam or steal any account on this site. This includes trying to steal passwords, cookies, giving links to virii, etc. Anyone found doing this will be immediately banned without possibility of getting their account back.
- You are not permitted to buy, sell or exchange accounts, pets, points, items for anything of monetary value or other value outside of PetGamer.com. Any attempts to do so will result in termination of all offending parties accounts.
- You may not put any offensive, illegal, discriminative, obscene or rude comments in any area of Petgamer.com.
User input:
- We do allow constructive critisism of PetGamer so long as you are within the boundaries of all the other terms and conditions stated here.
- You may NOT ask for answer's for the Trivia or other games. You are also not allowed to post the answers.
- You are not allowed to put anything, on any page on PetGamer.com that distorts or makes it difficult for people to browse this site.
- You are not allowed to use any malicious script of any description on any part of PetGamer.com
- You are not allowed to make money on more than one account. This does not only apply to the accounts you make, but any other accounts you may have access to as well. Making PGC on multiple accounts ruins the game not only for yourself, but for other players. You are allowed a maximum of 3 accounts, we have zero tolerance on people abusing this.
- You are not allowed to post links to other virtual pet sites, gaming sites or anything relating to those fields any where on this site.
- It is advised that you post topics in the right board or you may recieve a warning.
- Please refrain from discussing issues relating to politics, religion and other controversial subjects as this isnt the right environment to discuss these issues.
Bugs:
- You are not allowed to abuse any bugs or glitches on PetGamer.com
- If you find a bug you are requested to email it to the email stated below or post it on the "Bug Reports" board.
- If you are found to have exploited a bug then, considering the severity of it, your account may be banned.
Copyright:
- All pages, content, images and user posted/submitted information becomes the property of PetGamer.com
- You must give proper credit when using any images, content or pages created by PetGamer.com. For example, by placing "© PetGamer.com 2004" on every page using PetGamer.com images, content or pages.
Other:
- If we believe you are committing a malicious act against this site we will use information (IP, Name, Email) that we have gathered and if necessary bring further action against you.
